2. Visiting the website

When you visit, our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) in logs to keep the service secure and to find errors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation). Logs are deleted after 7 days.

3. One cookie for the display mode only, no analytics

The website sets a cookie only when you click the button for light or dark mode at the top. It is called thema, contains only the value “hell” (light) or “dunkel” (dark) and keeps your choice on the following pages. It is deleted after one year, and you can delete it in your browser at any time. The cookie is strictly necessary for the display you asked for (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG); it contains no personal data.

The website uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party servers – not even fonts.

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

5. Recipients

netcup GmbH (Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany): server hosting in Germany, as a processor.

Email: IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) forwards emails sent to info@syncventura.de to our mailbox at Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may also process this data in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). Apart from this, we do not transfer data to countries outside the EU.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). An email to info@syncventura.de is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); the competent authority is the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
