How a project runs
Six steps from the first message to day-to-day operation.
Inquiry
You describe your project by email; a few sentences are enough. We reply personally, usually with a few questions.
Call
By phone or video we clarify goals, users, scope and constraints. Afterwards both sides know whether and how the project fits.
Quote
You receive a written quote with scope, price and schedule. We split larger projects into stages, each with a usable result.
Build
We work in stages. You see progress on a test environment throughout and give feedback before anything goes live.
Launch
After your approval the application goes live on servers in Germany, with backups from day one.
Operations and development
If you like, we keep looking after the application: updates, backups and new features.
Quality
We check with every change, not only at the end of a project.
Automated tests
Every change runs through automated tests before it goes live. Bugs show up before users notice them.
Tests in a real browser
We also check key flows in a real browser, on large and small screens, in light and dark mode.
Accessibility
We check contrast, keyboard use and rendering at doubled text size against WCAG criteria.
Load time
We measure load time and layout shifts on a slow mobile connection and keep pages lean.
Security and data protection
Your data stays in Germany and is kept only as long as it is needed.
Servers in Germany
Applications and data live on servers in Germany.
Only necessary data
We store what the application needs and delete what is no longer needed.
Protected access
Two-factor sign-in, separate accounts and encrypted backups.
